Workshop on Structural

Bioinformatics

Many researches have shown that the function of any biological macromolecule is highly related to its three-dimensional structure. Structural bioinformatics is related to the analysis and prediction of the structure of proteins, RNA, and DNA. The goal of structural bioinformatics is to deal with many important problems including molecular folding, evolution, and binding interactions, comparisons of overall structures, local motifs, and structure/function relationships.
